The five (5) day professional development workshop came to a close on the 24th August, 2018. Educators from schools and colleges came together and brainstormed about various methods of infusing technology in their classes and institutions. They were exposed to geospatial technology and were invited to work with the Geospatial Center on specific projects that would be beneficial to promote spatial thinking and analyzing BIG geospatial data for designing informed decisions. The participants will come together regularly at the Geospatial Center and report on their progress and formulate ways for engaging their students with the center.
